RENCONTRES

Côtes du Rhône – white

Varieties : 60 % Viognier, 20 % Clairette, 20 % Grenache.

Age of the vines : 20 years

Soil : clay and limestone with rolled pebbles. Vines planted on hillsides mainly exposed to north-east.

Winemaking : Direct pressing, cold larification. Fermentation  with control of the temperatures , soutirage and fining.

Ageing : In stainless steel for 4 months ; bottling in February or March.

Ageing potential : 2 years.

This wine is made with  Viognier.  The nose is very aromatic, full of exotic fruits and apricot  flavour. 
Serve it fresh, at a tempeture of 7° to 8°C with the starters and the fishes .

RASTEAU

Varieties : 80 % Grenache, 20 % Syrah

Age of the vines : Grenache : 70 years, Syrah : 40 years.

Soil : clay and limestone with rolled pebbles. Vines planted on hillsides mainly exposed to north-east.

Winemaking : Vating for 8 days with control of the temperatures. Press VASLIN HORIZONTAL

Ageing capacity : 2 - 3  years.

Intense colour with purple tints, this full bodied wine is aged in oak. Made with selected varieties, it offers aromas of spices and red fruits. 

It will pair nicely with meats, game and cheese.   Serve it at 15° to 18° C.

breVDN RoseVin Doux Naturel Rasteau

Rosé

Variety : 100 % Grenache.

Age of the vines : 40 years

Soil : clay and limestone with rolled pebbles. Vines planted on hillsides mainly exposed to north-east.

Winemaking : The grapes are chushed and gently pressed, only the first juice will be reserved. After a first settling of 8 hours, the juice stays for 24 hours in a tank for a first clarification of 24 hours, before the fermentation at a temperature of 18 C. A few days after the fermentation, a brandy is added in order to stop the fermentation and to preserve a quantity of sugar in the wine.  

Ageing Capacity :  5 to 8 years.

breRoseRENCONTRES

Côtes du Rhône – Rosé

Varieties : 50 % Grenache, 50 % Cinsault

Age of teh vines : 15 years

Soil : clay and limestone.

Winemaking : Direct pressing, cold larification. Fermentation  with control of the temperatures , soutirage and fining.

Ageing : In stainless steel for 4 months ; bottling in Mars or April.

Ageing capacity : 1 year.

This flattering and fruity rosé is produced from Grenache and Cinsault.  Serve it fresh at 7° or 8° C with starters and grills.

breSouco D'OrLA SOUCO D’OR

Rasteau

Variaties : 65 % Grenache, 25 % Syrah, 10 % Mourvèdre.

Age of the vines : Grenache : 50 ans, Syrah : 25 ans, Mourvèdre 15 ans.

Soil : clay and limestone with rolled pebbles. Vines planted on hillsides mainly exposed to north-east.

Winemaking :  15 days long vatting  with controlled temperatures. Press VASLIN HORIZONTAL

Ageing capacity : 4 - 5 years.

Varieties : 100 % Grenache, vieilles vignes

Soil : clay and limestone with rolled pebbles. Vines planted on hillsides mainly exposed to north-east.

Winemaking : The grapes are chushed and gently pressed, only the first juice will be reserved. Ageing : Aged in oak demi-muît  without topping in order to obtain a slight oxidation.

Soil : clay and limestone with rolled pebbles. 

Winemaking : 6 days vatting with temperature control

Ageing capacity : 3 ans.

This tonic, perfumed and elegant wine needs to be served at a temperature of 15° to 18° C.

Varieties : 60 % Grenache, 30 % Syrah, 10 % Mourvèdre.

Age of the vines : Grenache : 80 years (yield 20 HL/ha), Syrah : 30 years (yield 30 HL/ha) , Mourvèdre :  15 years (yield 30 HL/ha).

Soil : clay and limestone with rolled pebbles. Vines planted on hillsides mainly exposed to north-east.

Winemaking : Long vatting of 30 days with control of temperature and pigeage.  Press VASLIN HORIZONTAL

Ageing : 12 months in oak barrels

Ageing capacity : 6 – 7  years.
